Do I have to share my images?
No. Your images are kept completely private unless we receive your explicit written permission to share them. Your privacy is always respected.
Who can apply?
This experience is open to healthcare workers who identify as women — every age, every size, every stage of life. Our studio works with real women who want to celebrate themselves through beautiful, professionally guided portraits.
What’s included?
Your experience includes professional hair and makeup, full access to the studio wardrobe, and fully guided posing so you never have to worry about what to do. You’ll also receive up to $900 in studio credit toward your portraits and artwork.
What savings are included with this experience?
Participants in the Healthcare Worker Project receive up to $900 in total savings.
This includes:
• Your $390 session fee is fully waived
• Discounted portrait collections created for this project
• Up to $500 in studio credit toward images and artwork
To reserve your session, a $150 retainer is required. This retainer is applied toward your purchase.
After the $150 retainer, collections begin at $750 and is placed on a simple pre-session payment plan, so everything is comfortably paid off before your session.
Payment plans of up to six months are available.
Where does the session take place?
All sessions take place at our private studio located at 46 Marlborough Street in Newport, Rhode Island.
When will sessions be scheduled?
Sessions will take place on weekday dates as part of our regular studio schedule through November 15, 2026. Once your application is approved, you’ll receive the next steps to reserve your session.
How does the payment plan work?
After the $150 retainer, the remaining balance of your selected collection can be placed on a monthly payment plan. We accept all credit cards and after pay products such as Klarna or After Pay.
