WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR A BOUDOIR SHOOT?
At Studio Newport, we take care of everything you need for your shoot, including lingerie, dresses, shirts, etc.
We have all sizes from extra-small to plus-size. Being a body-positive studio is one of our most important missions.
Or, you can bring your own pieces to wear for the camera!
Either way, your session includes an styling and fitting appointment so you will know exactly what to expect.
That’s why your only job is to say yes to the experience. We will take care of the rest!
WHAT TO EXPECT FOR A BOUDOIR SESSION
Before your photoshoot, you will come in for a design and fitting appointment. If you prefer, we can also do this virtually! We will create a mood board together. Then, we will help you select sets that match not only your favorites, but also to flatter your undertones and body type.
Relax and be get pampered! Your photoshoot will begin with hair and makeup.
Lights, camera action! We will have planned around five different looks. It is natural to be nervous before a boudoir session. Don’t worry, we will pose you down to your pinky finger.
Time to view and choose your images. We offer same-day reveals to save you the trip back to the studio and offer a quick turn around time.
It’s not about seducing a partner, it’s about embracing womanhood.

After booking, the first step is an in-person styling appointment, where we create a mood board together and design your session. At this appointment, you will also have an opportunity to try things on from our studio wardrobe. We are body positive, and make sure we not only have all sizes, but it will look great on your body shape.
At your session, relax while we get you camera-ready with professional hair and makeup, that compliments not only your shoot but also your best features.
During the shoot, we will pose you down to your eyelashes and pinky finger! After your session, we help you select a collection and products within your budget.
