RESCHEDULE POLICY
When you book a shoot, you are blocking not only the studio time, but also staff hours. For this reason, we require at least 24-hours notice for any rescheduling.
Session fees are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another day within 30 days of the original session.
RESCHEDULE FEES
If the session is scheduled Monday-Friday, the reschedule fee is $50.
If the session is scheduled on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), the reschedule fee is $75.
REVEAL/THE VIEWING
This is the purchasing appointment for the portraits and products. Payment or a payment plan is due at the time of selection. All sales are final.

RETOUCHING POLICY
Expert hand retouching is included in your session. Our regular retouching follows industry best-practices. Because your portrait is hand retouched in Photoshop, you will not be able to tell the photo has been retouched (unlike an Instagram filter).
We Include:
- skin smoothing
- smooth cellulite
- remove blemishes, bruises, rashes, veins, etc
- teeth whitening
- light body shaping
- fix background imperfections
- color correction
If images are being changed (not just retouched) there may be a charge starting at $30/image. Examples include:
- tattoo removal
- clothing color changes
- special effects (unless included in the session)
- body shaping beyond industry standards
