We understand that life happens! If you need to change your date:
Booking Grace Window: Within 48 hours of booking, you may reschedule once at no fee, provided your session is scheduled 14 or more days in advance.
After the Grace Window: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.
First reschedule (Mon–Fri): $75 fee.
Additional reschedules: $150 per change.
Credits must be used within 30 days of the original booking date.
Your session fee reserves our studio, hair & makeup team, and preparation time just for you. Because of this, all session fees and payments toward packages are non-refundable.
If you’re on a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. Payments can always be applied as a credit toward a new date if you need to reschedule within 30 days of your original booking (see reschedule details below).
If you choose to cancel, payments made may be applied as a credit toward a future session within 30 days, subject to reschedule terms. Clients on payment plans remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full.
Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is provided.
After 15 minutes, your appointment may be considered a no-show and forfeited without refund.
At Studio Newport, we use professional discretion to ensure each image is refined, flattering, and natural in appearance. Retouching enhances your portrait—it is not intended to create perfection or alter your natural features.
Requests for pixel-level or magazine-grade refinements beyond this standard are considered advanced retouching and billed at $75 per hour.
